Our client is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical groups. The Vienna site is a strategically important production site for veterinary pharmaceuticals, where around 400 specialized employees work in production, laboratory, administration and sales.
To support our dynamic team, we are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) to work 36 hours per week.
Your tasks:
- Maintenance and management of SAP master data (e.g., material, vendor, and info records)
- Management of the ordering system and supplier system via ARIBA
- Scanning, processing, and digital archiving of contracts and relevant documents
- Processing and coordination of the complaint process
- Support with invoice clarifications and billing-related issues
- Close, worldwide collaboration with colleagues in Global Supplier Management (GSM)
- Sending, requesting, and tracking documents with suppliers
- Participation in the implementation of targets (e.g., extension of payment terms and Incoterms)
- Conducting minor price negotiations
- Support in optimizing the invoice approval process
- Preparation, organization, and participation in supplier meetings
- Creation and processing of tickets
Your profile:
- Completed higher commercial training
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Initial work experience is an advantage
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office and SAP
- High level of commitment, personal responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
- Strong team orientation
- Open, communicative, and service-oriented personality
