The client is an ISO 13485-certified international diagnostics company with headquarters in Germany and several hundred employees. 

In addition to Germany, the company is represented in many European markets and overseas. The focus is on the development, production and marketing of molecular diagnostic IVD test systems for the rapid and specific detection of infectious pathogens.

The position of Business Development Manager was to be filled for Scandinavia. We were looking for a person with a degree in natural sciences or a comparable qualification. 

Several years of sales experience in molecular diagnostics as well as strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels were also expected. In addition, strong sales closing skills, business English fluency and very good written and spoken knowledge of a Scandinavian language were essential.

Our solution

By identifying the relevant candidate markets in Scandinavia, a precise target group analysis, targeted direct sourcing in the region and exchanges with industry-specific networks, Christine was able to attract suitable candidates.

We were looking for an experienced leader with in-depth expertise in AML/sanctions who not only manages regulatory requirements with confidence, but also motivates an existing team of experts.
