The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We process your data exclusively in accordance with legal requirements, in particular the GDPR, the DSG, and the TKG 2021.
- Application Process and Recruitment
We process your personal data to conduct recruitment processes, fill open positions, place candidates with client companies, and communicate with you during the application process.
In particular, we process the following categories of data: personal information such as your name and contact details, your resume and qualifications, references and certificates, work experience, salary expectations, cover letters, and any other information you provide.
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of taking steps prior to entering into a contract, as well as on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR based on our legitimate interest in efficient recruitment.
- Record Keeping / Talent Pool
If you give your explicit consent, we will retain your information beyond the specific application process so that we can consider you for future positions.
Data processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Data is stored for a maximum of two years from the date consent is given. Data will only be stored for a longer period if consent is renewed.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
- Recipients of the data
Your personal data will be disclosed only to the extent necessary. Recipients may include, in particular, client companies in the context of specific placement processes, IT and hosting service providers, applicant tracking and CRM systems, as well as external consultants. All recipients are contractually obligated to comply with data protection regulations.
- Transfers to third countries
If data is transferred to recipients outside the European Union, this is done exclusively on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular through the use of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or on the basis of an adequacy decision.
- Retention period during the application process
Unless you consent otherwise, your personal data will be deleted no later than six months after the application process is completed. This is done to protect legitimate interests, in particular to defend against potential legal claims.
- Provision of data
Providing your personal information is necessary for the application process. Without this information, we cannot process your application.
- Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR takes place.
- Website Usage
When you visit our website, certain information is automatically collected. This includes, in particular, your IP address, the date and time of your visit, your browser type and version, your operating system, the referring URL, and the pages you visit.
This processing is carried out to ensure technical operation, system security, and the stability of the website, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Data is stored only for as long as is necessary to achieve these purposes.
- Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable and analyze its use.

- Consent Management
We use a consent management tool to manage your consents. This tool stores your consent decisions, the dates and times they were given, and technical identifiers so that we can demonstrate compliance with legal requirements.
- Rights of data subjects
You have the right at any time to access your stored personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict processing, to request data portability, and to object to the processing of your data.
You may revoke your consent at any time, effective for the future.
- Right to file a complaint

- Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or tampering.
