We are seeking a responsible, discreet, and solution-oriented individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of a sprawling estate for our client’s upscale private household in Lower Austria (municipality of Heldenberg).
In this demanding environment, professionalism, personal responsibility, and a commitment to high quality are top priorities.
Your tasks:
- Performing minor repairs on buildings and equipment
- Maintenance and inspection of building services, including the in-house heating system
- Assistance with all tasks involved in running the farm
- Coordination and supervision of external contractors
- Landscape maintenance, winter maintenance, and general work in the park and building areas
- Ensuring that the property always looks well-maintained
Your profile:
- Manual dexterity and technical knowledge, ideally with relevant training
- A structured, independent, and responsible approach to work
- Discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness
- A confident and friendly demeanor
- Class B driver's license required (Class C1, E, or F preferred)
