Your tasks:
- Implementation of the corporate identity at the POS
- Brand ambassador with our retail partners
- Management, increasing potential, inspiration and further development of the team
- Regular feedback meetings
- Personnel deployment planning
- Implementation of reports
Your profile:
- Class B driving license
- Business fluent in German and English
- KPI understanding
- Structured and process-oriented
- Confident, communicative, appreciative and team-oriented
- Several years of experience in the retail sector with initial management experience
