Your tasks:
- Support for the service and emergency hotline
- Forwarding service tickets to the technical department
- E-mail processing and data capture
- Shift work according to duty roster from Monday to Sunday, around the clock (00:00-24:00)
Your profile:
- Service orientation
- Professional experience in a call center is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts (morning, afternoon and night shifts)
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience with computer programs advantageous, sound PC knowledge desirable
- Fluent German and strong communication skills
