As a recruitment consultant, you are the primary point of contact for CEOs and HR decision-makers. You understand business models, develop search strategies, and provide your clients with an honest assessment of the job market—even when it’s uncomfortable to hear.
Your tasks:

They advise CEOs and HR managers on job requirements, compensation, market conditions, and recruitment strategies

You will manage search projects independently, from the initial briefing through to successful completion

They conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and guide the selection process as a sounding board for both sides

You will build your own client portfolio and further develop existing accounts

They identify new business opportunities and actively attract new customers

Close collaboration with the entire consulting team
What you bring with you:

Several years of experience in human resources consulting, executive search, or a comparable consulting-intensive B2B role

You're used to speaking with CEOs and decision-makers as equals

Enjoyment of sales and building long-term customer relationships

Entrepreneurial thinking, strong negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor

An independent, structured approach to work

Completed education, ideally with a focus on business or human resources, or comparable experience

Compensation & Development:

The minimum salary is €3,000 gross, plus an above-average commission plan
