To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced consultant who can combine recruiting, client consulting, and business development. You are an experienced professional who interacts confidently with clients and candidates, takes on responsibility, and can manage projects.

Your tasks:

Project Management and Oversight

Advising our clients on job requirements, search strategies, and the current market situation

Establishing, maintaining, and further developing sustainable customer relationships

Proactively reaching out to new customers and identifying new business opportunities

Conducting client briefings and creating clear requirements profiles

Active Sourcing and Direct Outreach to Suitable Candidates

Introducing suitable candidates to our clients

Support throughout the entire selection process until the position is successfully filled

Ongoing maintenance and documentation of our recruiting and CRM systems

Close collaboration with the entire consulting team
Your profile:

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in human resources consulting or recruitment

Completed, thorough education, ideally at the college level or with comparable qualifications and professional experience

Experience in customer service, business development, and building long-term business relationships

Excellent knowledge of active sourcing and direct outreach

Strong business acumen and the ability to grasp concepts quickly

An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work

A confident, professional, and presentable demeanor

Excellent communication and consulting skills

Confidence in negotiations and a passion for working with people of different personalities
