Financial expertise meets communication and process skills
On behalf of our client, an internationally successful company in the consumer goods industry with an established presence in Vienna, we are seeking an analytically strong, communicative, and dedicated individual to join the finance team.
This position centers on an exciting internal project: The goal is to sustainably optimize existing SAP and finance processes and empower employees from various departments to independently carry out defined workflows in the future.
We are therefore looking not only for someone with a solid understanding of finance, but especially for someone who can explain complex concepts in an understandable way, enjoys working with others, and approaches change with patience, organization, and initiative.
The position is a nine-month fixed-term contract and offers the opportunity to lead an independent project with tangible added value within an international corporation.
Your tasks:
Familiarization with existing SAP systems, finance processes, and internal procedures, as well as developing a comprehensive understanding of these processes

Planning, organizing, and conducting employee training sessions on how to independently handle defined SAP and finance processes

Explaining complex system processes and financial relationships in an understandable and practical way

Conducting group and individual training sessions for employees from various departments

Supporting users as they gradually take over processes that were previously handled centrally

Close collaboration with the local finance team and relevant internal stakeholders

Identifying opportunities for optimization and providing support for the sustainable improvement of existing workflows

Supporting the Finance Team with selected reporting, accounting, and administrative finance matters
Your profile:

Completed business education, ideally with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling, or a comparable qualification

Relevant professional experience in the financial sector, as well as a good understanding of business processes and interrelationships

Very strong user skills in SAP or extensive experience with comparable ERP systems

Proficiency in MS Excel and a strong affinity for digital processes and systems

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex content clearly, comprehensibly, and in a manner tailored to the audience

Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues as they implement new processes

Patience, empathy, and a good understanding of different learning and working styles

A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, with a high degree of initiative

An attractive performance-based bonus system with a target bonus of 10% of the pro-rated gross base salary, contingent upon the Group's earnings and the applicable bonus policies
