Our client is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical groups. The Vienna site is a strategically important production site for veterinary pharmaceuticals, where around 400 specialized employees work in production, laboratory, administration and sales.

To support our dynamic team, we are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer(m/f/d) to work 38 hours per week.

Your tasks:

CHP & spare parts management:
  • Establishment and maintenance of a spare parts management system
  • Checking spare parts lists and reordering necessary components
  • Setup and organization of storage locations, including labeling (order number, minimum stock level)
  • Daily inspection rounds with documentation in the logbook
  • Carrying out and supervising weekly maintenance in accordance with the checklist
  • Organization, coordination, and execution of general maintenance activities
Refrigeration technology:
  • Maintenance of refrigeration systems in accordance with §22a
  • Carrying out repairs and supporting external service companies
  • Leak detection and filling of systems after leaks or repairs
  • Support for external companies during shutdown phases
  • Keeping records of refrigerant consumption
Electrical systems:
  • Support with administration, organization, ordering, and maintenance tracking
  • Support and responsibility for assigned systems:
    • Central emergency and emergency lighting systems (9 systems in total), including parameterization and maintenance
    • Thermographic inspection of electrical systems
    • Central UPS systems (8 systems in total)
General maintenance & facility management:
  • Responsibility for key management and the key safe
  • Support with troubleshooting and emergency management
  • Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
  • Processing of assigned maintenance and repair orders
  • Support for technical projects
  • Independently developing improvements and submitting proposals for cost reduction

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an electrician, refrigeration engineer, or comparable qualification
  • Work experience in electrical installation, refrigeration system support and maintenance, preferably with industrial and/or commercial systems
  • Independent and dependable way of working
  • Willingness to work shifts (including night shifts) and on-call duty
  • Resilient personality with flexibility for long shifts and night shifts
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
  • Experienced in using Office and SAP PM
  • team player mentality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of commitment and accuracy, as well as the ability to work independently
