To strengthen our team at our Vienna location, we are currently seeking a part-time Export Specialist (m/f/d) working 25–30 hours per week, starting immediately. In this position of responsibility, you will serve as a key liaison between Sales, internal departments, and international partners. You will ensure the precise coordination of exports to approximately 50 countries and play a key role in ensuring that the highest quality standards are maintained.

Your tasks:

  • Independentcoordination of exports to approximately 50 countriesworldwide

  • Interface between sales, partners and internal departments

  • Ensuring accurate documentation and archiving (partly paper-based, partly digital)

  • Close coordination with international authorities and partners

Your profile:

  • Several years of professional experience in thepharmaceutical industry

  • At least3 years of relevant experiencein export or in a comparable coordinating role

  • Very careful, structured and precise way of working

  • Strong quality awareness and organizational talent

  • Experience in exporting to Arab countries an advantage

  • A basic understanding of regulatory processesin pharmaceutical exports is welcome but not required

  • Excellent proficiency in German and English (additional language skills, particularly Arabic or other languages relevant to the MENA region, are a valuable asset)
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy international cooperation
