Your responsibilities:
Do you love technical challenges and want to help shape the future of medical technology with us? As a service technician, you’ll be part of the company’s important pipette service department. A varied range of responsibilities awaits you.
- Pipette Cleaning, Inspection, and Calibration
- Compliance with Quality Standards
- Administration and Documentation
- Supporting our existing customers in this area
- Handling Customer Complaints
- Ongoing feedback on improvement measures
This is what we want from you:
- Completed technical vocational training (technical college/apprenticeship)
- Good communication skills in German
- excellent manners
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- High level of customer focus and service orientation
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Previous experience in the medical technology field is a plus
- A limited willingness to travel within Austria
- Driving license B
What we offer you:
- The gross annual salary for this position starts at €42,000 (based on a 38.5-hour workweek). We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications. Your actual salary will be determined by your education and prior experience.
