To support our continued growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional who will not only develop key accounts and tap into new markets, but also take on responsibility for building and developing a small sales and customer success team. KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, Medical Technology (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Key Account Management & Business Development

  • Strategic support and development of key accounts in Austria and, in the future, in the DACH region
  • Building long-term relationships with users, peer leaders, pain centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers and areas of application within the range of indications
  • Conducting product presentations, including training sessions, negotiations, and contract signings
  • Responsibility for revenue, growth, and customer development goals
  • Active participation in national and international conferences, professional events, and networking opportunities

Sales & Customer Success Coordination

  • Promoting a performance-oriented and customer-centered team culture
  • Support with recruiting, onboarding, and team expansion
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Management

Strategic Development

  • Analysis of Market and Customer Potential
  • Further Development of Sales Strategies and Go-to-Market Concepts
  • Using customer feedback to continuously optimize products and processes
  • Collaboration on the development of marketing and sales materials

Your profile

  • A successfully completed degree in business, natural sciences, medical technology, human medicine, biomedicine, biotechnology, or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of experience in sales of medical devices or solutions that require explanation in a clinical setting
  • Experience in building and managing client relationships at the decision-maker level
  • Initial leadership experience or a demonstrated willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
  • Ideally, knowledge in the field of neuromodulation, pain management, or neurology
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, a high degree of initiative, and strong execution skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Proficient Use of CRM Systems and Digital Sales Tools
  • Willingness to travel within Austria and occasionally internationally
