Our client is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical groups. The Vienna site is a strategically important production site for veterinary pharmaceuticals, where around 400 specialized employees work in production, laboratory, administration and sales.

Your tasks:

  • Receipt and management of test, reserve, and reference samples of raw materials, bulk goods, and finished products
  • Inspection and labeling of containers for raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials, as well as bulk and finished goods
  • Management of stability samples, including storage and retrieval
  • Sample Management and Shipping
  • Support in the area of environmental monitoring (air, water, land) for sample collection, test procedures, and data analysis, as well as for trend analysis and special monitoring (follow-up inspections, qualifications)
  • Management of the required PPE (personal protective equipment) as well as tools and supplies
  • GMP-compliant documentation of all processes
  • Posting Goods Receipts in the ERP/SAP System
  • Management of chemicals, standards, and consumables in LIMS
  • Processing orders in the designated system (Ariba)
  • Cross-departmental collaboration with Production, Quality Control, the Laboratory, and the Warehouse
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the assigned area and actively participating in the continuous improvement process

Your profile:

  • Completed training in chemical engineering or the natural sciences, e.g., an apprenticeship, a technical college degree, or a university degree 
  • Professional experience in pilot production and monitoring under GMP conditions
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with LIMS and SAP is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Strong teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently, accurately, and with a high degree of responsibility
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Resilient and solution-oriented personality with a professional demeanor and precise written and spoken communication skills
