We are seeking an experienced leader for a successful, growth-oriented company in the Graz area—someone who can sustainably develop a location through clear structure, strong execution skills, and a strong focus on employees. In this key position, you will take responsibility for the site’s financial success, lead your team with a clear vision, and actively help shape processes and workflows. Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the organizational, personnel, and financial management of the site
- Ensuring sustainable growth in revenue and earnings
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees
- Establishing clear structures and efficient workflows in day-to-day operations
- Management and optimization of product display, space management, and sales processes
- Ensuring a strong focus on service and customer satisfaction throughout the facility
- Ongoing analysis of key performance indicators, as well as the identification and implementation of appropriate measures
- Active participation in change and development processes
- Supporting the team in day-to-day operations and fostering a positive team culture
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in a management role in the retail sector
- Strong leadership skills and experience in developing and motivating employees
- A structured, organized, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with strong execution and decision-making skills
- A hands-on approach and a passion for actively driving change
- Strong focus on customers and service
- Proficiency in common computer applications
- Experience in establishing clear processes and structures is a plus
