To strengthen our team at histocom GmbH in Wiener Neudorf, we’re looking for an organized individual who can take our logistics to the next level and provide strong administrative support.
Your tasks:
Logistics & Warehouse Management:
- You will be responsible for warehouse management, inventory control, and ensuring that the warehouse is well-organized.
- You will be responsible for receiving goods, checking deliveries, and monitoring all incoming and outgoing goods.
- You'll organize and coordinate our transportation and shipping processes —everything from packaging to pallet shipping.
New Hires in Administration & Accounting:
- You will actively assist with day-to-day invoice processing and enter and prepare bank transfers.
- You'll be responsible for handling open items and managing the dunning process.
- You will prepare all the necessary documents perfectly for our external accounting department.
- You handle general administrative tasks with ease whenever they come up.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Education: You have completed a business apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
- Skills: You have basic to good accounting skills and, ideally, already have experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- IT & Languages: You are familiar with inventory management systems. Since we operate on an international scale, we require not only excellent German language skills but also a good command of English (B2 level).
- Personality: You stand out for your structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work; you’re a true team player; and you keep a smile on your face even during stressful times.

- Compensation: An attractive gross salary starting at €52,000 per year (on a full-time basis). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience , we’re definitely willing to pay above market rate!
