Our client is a renowned pharmaceutical company. The production site in 1210 Vienna enjoys a special status within the company. Veterinary pharmaceuticals for Europe and the US market are produced here. Around 300 employees work at the site in the areas of production, laboratory and administration.
We are pleased to be able to fill the following position for the company:
Your tasks:
- Material supply for production and packaging incl. batch preparation
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Compliance with GMP and GDP guidelines and observance of the corresponding SOPs
- Compliance with operating instructions regarding occupational safety and environmental protection
- Processing goods receipts and shipments, managing consumables
- Material postings in SAP
- General collaboration in the warehouse area
Your profile:
- Training as a warehouse specialist or comparable training desirable
- A forklift license is required, and experience operating high-rise racking systems (up to approximately 15 meters) is preferred
- A resilient and adaptable individual with a strong sense of self-motivation and a willingness to learn
- Structured way of working with a strong ability to make and prioritize decisions independently
- Experience in working with IT systems (Microsoft Office, SAP desirable)
- Fluency in German is required
- Willingness to work 3 shifts (1-2-3)

- A minimum gross salary of €2,955.56 (based on the collective bargaining agreement for the chemical industry). We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
