Your tasks:
- Responsibility for preparing and performing day-to-day payroll processing, including quality assurance
- Advising executives and HR stakeholders on matters related to labor law, income tax, and social security law
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Handling administrative HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding, master data maintenance, international assignments, and issues related to collective bargaining agreements
- Maintenance and ongoing optimization of time management systems
- Collaboration on local and international projects in the Pay, Time & Benefits area
Your profile:
- Payroll Audit Completed
- Previous experience in payroll accounting is a plus
- Strong knowledge of labor law, income tax law, and social security law
- Interest in ongoing professional development
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and proficiency in using modern IT tools
