Our client is a leading global, innovative company in the research-based pharmaceutical industry with very strong brands. We are currently looking for a a Pharmaceutical Representative/Key Account Manager in the field (m/f/d) for all of Austria.
Your qualifications:
- A degree in medicine/pharmacy or a pharmaceutical representative qualification is required.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or a comparable role
- In-depth knowledge of the Austrian healthcare system and existing contacts in rheumatology circles are an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident, persuasive manner and negotiating skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Initiative, goal orientation, and high self-motivation
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel throughout Austria
- Valid driver's license B
Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of a strategic territory and account plan to achieve sales targets
- Identification, prioritization, and regular visits to specialists, clinics, and healthcare facilities
- Building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other relevant stakeholders
- Conducting product presentations, technical discussions, and training sessions
- Collection and dissemination of relevant market information, trends, and feedback to support strategic decisions
- Analysis of sales performance in the region and identification of growth potential
- Ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum salary under the collective agreement is €47,530 gross per year. We are willing to pay significantly above this amount depending on qualifications and experience.
