Our client is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical groups. The Vienna site functions as a strategically important production site for veterinary pharmaceuticals, where around 400 specialized professionals work in production, laboratory, administration and sales. For this location in Vienna (1210) we are looking for a full-time (38h) Production Associate - Pharma (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
Your tasks:
- Provision of materials and raw materials in the production area
- Weighing raw materials into production containers
- Operation of systems in production
- Careful documentation (e.g. batch documentation) of production activities in compliance with all guidelines and deadlines
- Reporting operational incidents and cooperating in the investigation of problems, implementing solutions in accordance with internal and external guidelines and in cooperation with the shift supervisor
- Independent rectification of minor faults
- Cleaning machines, systems and rooms
- Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and promoting a safety culture within the team
- Technical support for the implementation of qualification and validation
- Participation in the implementation of improvement measures
- Active contribution to continuous cooperation in process optimization
- Ensuring an up-to-date training status
- Independent completion of all activities within the scope of the area of responsibility as well as independent execution of recurring work under general guidance
Your profile:
- Solid professional experience in the GMP-regulated area of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Skill in the operation of production and packaging systems
- Impeccable knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
- SAP knowledge an advantage
- Very good IT skills
- Strong quality and safety awareness, as well as problem-solving skills
- High level of responsibility and flexibility
- Willingness and flexibility to take on additional tasks in the production area if required
- Team player
- Resilient and solution-oriented personality
- Willingness to work shifts: currently 2 shifts
