Our client is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical groups. The Vienna site functions as a strategically important production site for veterinary pharmaceuticals, where around 400 specialized professionals work in production, laboratory, administration and sales. For this location in Vienna (1210) we are looking for a full-time (38h) Production Associate - Pharma (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
Your tasks:
- Setup, preparation, operation, and general maintenance of the systems and equipment in the GMP-compliant, hygiene-controlled area
- Provision of consumables
- Daily observation and overview of operational processes through tours and inspection of workflows
- General pre- and post-production tasks in accordance with the SOPs
- Active participation in all production steps
- Implementation of the in-process controls (IPCs) according to the manufacturing protocol
- Postings in the SAP system
- Cleaning the machine and the room
- Waste Disposal
- Careful GDP documentation (e.g. batch documentation) of manufacturing/production/maintenance activities in compliance with all guidelines and deadlines
- Active contribution to continuous cooperation in process optimization and technical input for projects
- Problem Solving: Reporting operational issues, collaborating on problem investigations, documenting deviations, and implementing solutions in accordance with internal and external guidelines and in collaboration with the supervisor
- Collaboration with Other Departments
- Technical support for the implementation of qualification and validation
- Participation in projects, MPS projects and the TIER I meeting
- Participation in the implementation of improvement measures from TIER I
- Ensuring that training is up to date; independently completing all tasks within one's area of responsibility and independently performing routine tasks under general supervision
Your profile:
- Technical training or HTL (preferred)
- Skill in the operation of production equipment
- Flexibility and Commitment
- Resilient and solution-oriented personality with the ability to work in a team
- physically fit
- Fluent German language skills
- 3 shifts, if necessary
- Desirable: solid professional experience in a GMP-regulated area of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or food industry
- Basic knowledge of English
We offer:
- A minimum gross salary of €3,009.60 (based on the collective bargaining agreement for the chemical industry); if applicable, a SEG allowanceof 14% of the monthly gross salary. We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
