Our client is a renowned pharmaceutical company. The production site in 1210 Vienna enjoys a special status within the company. Veterinary pharmaceuticals for Europe and the US market are produced here. Around 300 employees work at the site in the areas of production, laboratory and administration.
To support the dynamic team in Vienna, we are pleased to be able to fill the following position for the company:
Your tasks:
- Careful GMP-compliant documentation (e.g., batch documentation) of packaging activities in compliance with all guidelines and deadlines
- Performing machine maintenance
- Maintenance of packaging machines and repairs
- Implementation of relevant in-process controls (IPCs)
- Loading the machines with packaging material
- Provision of packaging materials on the line
- Loading product into the machine
- Independent and autonomous work in routine processes in compliance with all guidelines and regulations
- Cleaning of machine and room • Disposal of waste/packaging materials
- Active contribution to ongoing collaboration in process optimization and projects
- Reporting operational disruptions, cooperating in the investigation of problems, implementing solutions in accordance with internal and external guidelines, and in cooperation with the shift supervisor
- Implementation and processing of HSE measures in cooperation with the HSE department
- Promoting a culture of safety within the team, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines • Providing technical support for qualification and validation
- Participation in Kaizens, MPS projects, and the TIER I meeting
- Participation in the implementation of improvement measures from TIER I
- Ensuring an up-to-date training status
- Independent completion of all activities within the scope of the area of responsibility as well as independent execution of recurring work under general guidance
- Support for other packaging and production areas as needed
Your profile:
- Clean Shave
- Solid professional experience in a GMP-regulated area of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is an advantage.
- Technical training
- A sound technical understanding
- Willingness to work shifts (1-2-3 shift operation)
- Skill in operating packaging equipment
- Willingness and flexibility to take on additional tasks in the production/packaging area as needed
- Resilient and solution-oriented personality
- Accurate, independent and structured way of working
- Team player
- Fluent German language skills
- Good computer skills
- SAP knowledge an advantage

- A minimum gross salary of €3,568.83 (based on full-time employment, collective agreement for the chemical industry). We are willing to pay above the minimum depending on qualifications and professional experience.
