We are seeking a responsible individual for an international pharmaceutical company in Krems to serve as the central point of contact between production, quality assurance, engineering, and external service providers. A key aspect of the position is coordinating and monitoring on-site workflows, as well as ensuring reliable compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and process procedures.
Your tasks:
- Coordination and supervision of external contractors, as well as technical support for on-site installation work
- Ongoing coordination with the partner company and ensuring that agreed-upon performance and deadline targets are met
- Inspection of network, data cable, fiber-optic, and antenna installations in accordance with plans and quality specifications
- Regular site inspections and documentation of progress, defects, and outstanding issues
- Early detection of schedule, quality, or execution risks and escalation to project management
- Supporting project management with reporting, deadline tracking, and coordination among the relevant stakeholders
Your profile:
- Experience in construction site coordination, construction supervision, or technical project management
- Basic technical understanding of electrical engineering, cabling, or network infrastructure
- Excellent knowledge of German and English; knowledge of Czech is a plus
- An independent, structured, and committed approach to work
- A confident and assertive demeanor when dealing with internal and external contacts
