To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced individual for ourINNSBRUCK location to manage and execute exciting projects and develop new business areas:
Your tasks:
- Independent acquisition of new business including calculation and contract negotiation
- Project management and handling of maintenance orders and small to medium-sized HVAC projects (up to approx. € 0.5 million)
- Management and coordination of in-house staff, subcontractors and partner companies
- Management and further development of a small team
- Development of new customer relationships and prospective takeover of site management (currently 6 employees, approx. 2 million turnover)
Your profile:
- Completed technical training (FH, HTL or comparable qualification) in the field of HVAC or building services engineering
- Several years of professional experience in project management and sales
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- First management experience desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and class B driver's license
