We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence / Analytics Consultant (m/f/d) for our client, one of the world’s best-known brands and a leader in contract catering, to provide direct support to the Austrian headquarters team located south of Vienna.
As part of the ongoing expansion of the business intelligence and analytics landscape, this role actively supports the further development and professionalization of sustainable reporting, governance, and analytics structures within a complex organization.
We are seeking an experienced senior professional with a strong background in BI, analytics, or consulting who can combine strategic framework development with hands-on operational implementation while professionally, diplomatically, and motivatingly engaging with various stakeholders.
Your tasks:
- Operational and strategic support for the expansion of BI and analytics structures
- Development, optimization, and standardization of reports, dashboards, and KPI logic
- Analysis of existing reporting and data structures, as well as identification of opportunities for improvement
- Establishing sustainable governance, reporting, and decision-making processes
- Harmonization of KPI definitions and reporting procedures across various departments
- Close collaboration with stakeholders from marketing, finance, operations, and technology
- Developing specific recommendations for management and departments
- Support in prioritizing, structuring, and professionalizing existing analytics processes
- Knowledge transfer to internal teams, as well as coaching for executives and stakeholders
- Professional, diplomatic, and motivational support for stakeholders and teams during the change process
- Ensuring that different departments and employees are engaged, included, and empowered in a meaningful way
- Promoting a solution-oriented, collaborative, and forward-looking approach to work
- Bringing creative thinking and pragmatic, out-of-the-box solutions to complex organizational structures
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data consulting
- Ideally, a background in management, BI, or analytics consulting (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, Accenture, or similar firms)
- Experience in establishing BI, reporting, or governance structures in complex organizations
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
- Ability to work hands-on at both the strategic and operational levels
- Strong stakeholder management and confident communication at various levels
- High degree of independence, pragmatism, and strong execution skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to professionally reconcile differing interests
- A motivating individual with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Creativity and the ability to think in a networked and innovative way
- Experience in transformation, change, or restructuring projects
- Very good knowledge of German and English
