To support the existing store team in Innsbruck, we are looking for an experienced, style-conscious, and service-oriented sales professional on behalf of our client—an established, high-end women’s fashion brand with a family-oriented corporate culture.

We are looking for a senior-level professional who, in addition to a passion for fashion and customer service, also possesses organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and good people skills.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys providing high-quality advice, serves as a role model within the team, and is interested in taking on more responsibility in a store setting in the future.

Your tasks:

  • Personalized, high-quality advice for customers
  • Creating a pleasant, personalized, and first-class shopping experience
  • Stylish and sales-promoting presentation of fashion and accessories
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Active support for building customer loyalty
  • Cashier duties, including closing out the day's transactions
  • Neat, well-maintained, and inspiring product displays at the point of sale
  • Assistance with small decorating and store-related tasks
  • Incorporating Fashion Knowledge into Daily Consultations
  • Support with organizational processes in the store
  • Helping to coordinate a small team
  • Point of contact for colleagues in day-to-day operations
  • Communication with Internal Interfaces
  • Ensuring a service-oriented and well-maintained store appearance

Your profile:

 

  • Several years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Ideally, experience in the fields of fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or high-end products
  • A genuine passion for high-quality women's fashion and personalized advice
  • A keen sense of style, quality, and the needs of a discerning clientele
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with customers
  • Service-oriented approach, patience, and sensitivity
  • Reliability and stability even during peak sales periods
  • Team spirit, initiative, and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in a position of responsibility, such as store manager, assistant store manager, department manager, or assistant department manager, is a plus
  • Initial experience in team leadership or team coordination 
  • A sense of responsibility and a structured approach to work
  • Enjoyment in supporting colleagues, providing guidance, and serving as a positive role model
  • Effective stakeholder management and professional communication with internal contacts
