Our client, a medium-sized family-owned company based in Schwechat, positions itself as a premier partner for specialized solutions and products in the fields of professional vacuum technology, obstetrics, and heat therapy within the Austrian healthcare sector.
We are looking for a service technician (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible in the W, Lower Austria, and Upper Austria regions
Your future responsibilities:
- Independent planning, organization, execution, and documentation of maintenance, repairs, and installations, as well as the performance of inspections and functional tests on all equipment related to extraction technology
- Technical support for our clients in hospitals, medical practices, and other healthcare facilities
- Participating in trade shows and supporting sales efforts with customers and on projects
- Application development and support for the installed base at our customers' sites
Your qualifications:
- Completed technical training (HTL, university of applied sciences)
- Knowledge of mechanics and electronics
- Experience in field service and customer service is a plus
- Computer skills (Windows-based user skills)
- Excellent German language skills and basic knowledge of English
- Teamwork and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel and a Class B driver's license
