You've entered into the system everything that guests order at McDonald's—whether at the kiosk, through the app, or at the register.
We’re looking for new team members to join the headquarters team in Brunn am Gebirge for McDonald’s Austria. You’ll ensure that products, prices, and promotions are displayed correctly across all digital channels in every Austrian restaurant: at the register, at the ordering kiosk, in the app, and through delivery services.
This role combines system configuration, master data, and campaigns. It's a good fit for you if you like to work with precision and enjoy mapping out complex processes clearly.
Your tasks
- You maintain product master data—such as menus, prices, images, variants, and operating hours—in the restaurant and point-of-sale systems
- You map out product, bundle, and menu logic across the register, kiosk, app, and delivery services
- You'll set up new promotions and campaigns in the systems and ensure that they work across all channels
- You'll help map out the kitchen workflow
- You test campaigns and system changes before they go live and document your results
- You'll work closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and external technology partners
What you bring to the table
- Business or technical training is a plus, but not required
- Experience in chain restaurants, retail, FMCG, POS, or master data management, or another process-oriented environment. Career changers are expressly welcome.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- A precise, structured, and independent approach to work
- System proficiency and the ability to keep track of multiple topics at the same time
- Very good German and English
