As a leader with electrical engineering expertise, you will assume overall responsibility for our branch in Vorarlberg and actively shape its sustainable development. In this key position, you will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and lead your team with clarity, commitment, and vision.

Your tasks 

Leadership & Organization

  • Leadership, motivation, and development of a 14-member team in internal and external sales

  • Ensuring efficient structures and smooth processes 

  • Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements and safety and quality standards

Sales & Profitability Responsibility

  • Overall responsibility for sales and revenue targets in the region in accordance with the annual budget

  • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of sales and revenue plans in collaboration with the sales force

  • Implementation of regional sales and marketing measures to achieve targets

  • Active promotion of the entire product range in the region

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Ongoing reporting on market developments, customer requirements, and product feedback

  • Close cooperation with sales management, product management, and executive management

  • Collaboration on national product, marketing, and sales strategies

Operational responsibility

  • Responsibility for warehouse management, material planning, and compliance with budgeted inventory values

  • Ensuring timely order processing, including invoicing within 24 hours

  • Organization and implementation of regional information and customer days

  • Regional cost and contract responsibility

Your profile

  • Completed electrical engineering training (e.g., HTL, master craftsman, FH) 

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in technical sales in the field of electrical engineering

  • Leadership experience desirable

  • Very good computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems an advantage)

  • Strong commercial and legal understanding

  • Organizational skills, decisiveness, and confident manner
