In Krems an der Donau, the company operates a central production facility focused on animal health and employs approximately 300 people there in the areas of laboratory, production, administration, and sales. We are pleased to be filling the following position for the company:
Production Planner (m/f/d) – Pharmaceutical Industry, Part-Time, 20–30 Hours/Week
Your tasks:
- Day-by-day planning of material deliveries for a time horizon of up to 4 weeks
- Day-by-day planning of weigh-ins for a time horizon of up to 4 weeks
- Ongoing coordination with planners, production, logistics, and quality
- Maintenance of Production Lists
- Coordination of Batch Record Documentation
- BRC Inquiries and Expenditures
- Creating Transfer Requests and Transfer Orders
- Converting Transportation Requests into Transportation Orders
- Checking Material Availability
- SAP Key User Support for Production (after the training period)
Your profile:

Completed business or technical training; alternatively, currently enrolled in a degree program in a relevant field

Work experience as a production planner/scheduler is preferred

Excellent knowledge of SAP

Proficiency in MS Office

A solid understanding of processes in manufacturing companies or in logistics

Very good knowledge of German and English

Good MS Office skills

Resilient and solution-oriented personality with a professional demeanor and precise written and spoken communication skills

We offer:
- A minimum gross salary of €3,463.06 (based on full-time employment, Chemical Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement). We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
- Part-time: 20–30 hours per week – Mon through Fri
- Fixed-term position through November 30, 2027 – with the option to extend
