Have you just completed your HAK, HASCH, or a comparable business education program and want to break into the world of finance?
As part of the company's trainee program, you'll receive comprehensive training, learn the ins and outs of customer service from the ground up, and gradually develop into a customer service representative.
Your responsibilities:
- In-depth introduction to the world of financial services
- Support for existing customers via phone and in person
- Support during consultations on financing and insurance products
- Building Long-Term Customer Relationships
- Proactively engaging with customers and identifying additional opportunities for consultation (cross-selling)
- Close collaboration with experienced colleagues and ongoing “on-the-job” learning
- Providing support to existing customers by phone and in person, as well as building long-term customer relationships
- Consulting and sales of financial and insurance products, including active cross-selling
Your Profile:
- Completed HAK, HASCH, or comparable business training
- Some work experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
- Interest in business, finance, and customer service
- A knack for numbers and a structured approach to work
- A strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
- Excellent German language skills; English language skills are a plus
- Good MS Office skills
