Workshop Manager (m/f/d) – Automotive Technology

To strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for a dedicated individual with technical expertise and leadership skills.
Your tasks:
In this position of responsibility, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and personnel management of the workshop and, together with your team, ensure the highest quality of service.
Your responsibilities will include, in particular:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership, as well as the professional development of the workshop team (20 employees)
- Planning, organizing, and managing all workshop operations
- Optimal scheduling of employees and ensuring high workshop utilization
- Ensuring compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Monitoring of repair and maintenance work in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
- Conducting or organizing §57a assessments
- Close collaboration with service advisors and other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Ongoing optimization of processes with regard to quality, productivity, and efficiency
Your profile:
You have completed training in automotive technology and, ideally, already have management experience in a repair shop.
In addition, you stand out because of:
- Completed technical training in the field of automotive technology
- Master's degree is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a workshop setting
- Experience in a leadership role is a plus
- Authorization to Conduct §57a Assessments
- Class B driver's license
- Organizational skills and business acumen
- Strong focus on customers and service
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a hands-on approach
