Our client is a renowned pharmaceutical company. The production site in 1210 Vienna holds a special place within the company. Veterinary medicines for the European and U.S. markets are produced here. The site employs approximately 300 people in production, laboratory, and administrative roles. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a part-time working student in pharmaceutical production (m/f/d) with a work schedule of 24 hours per week.
Your tasks:
- Working in a direct GMP environment with significant interface requirements
- Assistance with the creation, processing, and tracking of deviations, changes, and CAPAs
- Continuous analysis and optimization of technical production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and process reliability
- Preparation, updating, and review of relevant documents such as SOPs, MBRs, change controls, and logbooks
- Support in the creation and coordination of production schedules
- Creation, Maintenance, and Further Development of KPIs
- Structured Storage and Management of Technical Documentation
Your profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree in the natural sciences, engineering, or IT
- Availability for 24 hours per week
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Excellent English skills
- An interest in technology, ideally supplemented by some basic technical knowledge
- Strong teamwork and communication skills • Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with a focus on results
- A person of integrity, openness, and a constructive attitude
- A strong commitment to continuously improving processes and systems

- A minimum gross salary of €2,797.95 (based on the collective bargaining agreement for the chemical industry). We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
