We are looking for a dedicated and quality-conscious individual to join the existing kitchen team for the summer season at a long-established, family-run hotel in the Attersee region.

This position is ideal for both dedicated young chefs and experienced chefs who enjoy delighting guests with quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
Your tasks:
- Independent management and organization of a kitchen station
- Preparation of high-quality regional and seasonal dishes
- Preparation and Processing of Fresh Foods
- Ensuring consistently high quality in the prepared dishes
- Attractive presentation and professional plating of the dishes
- Careful and economical use of food and work equipment
- Compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and quality standards
- Assistance with planning and organizing daily kitchen operations
- Close collaboration with the kitchen and service teams
- Contributing your own ideas and professional insights
- Ensuring a clean and organized workspace
Your profile:
- Completed culinary training or equivalent practical work experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience in independently managing a kitchen station is a plus
- Interest in regional and seasonal cuisine
- A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
- A structured, independent, and responsible approach to work
- Compliance with HACCP and quality standards
- Willingness to work seasonal hours, as well as on weekends and holidays
- Enjoying the chance to bring your own ideas and creativity to everyday life in the kitchen
