Our client is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. The company operates a central production site in Krems an der Donau, focusing on animal health. Around 300 employees work at this site in the areas of laboratory, production, administration, and sales.
Your tasks:
- Execution of process transfers and process implementations from site to site and from research and development to production (formulation and aseptic filling)
- Continuous optimization and further development of existing production processes
- Close cooperation with the Validation department for equipment qualification and process validation
- Evaluation, testing, and implementation of new technologies, systems, and production solutions
- Responsibility for change management (change control)
- Hands-on support in handling deviations and root cause analyses, as well as assuming technical management
- Support with the operational start-up of new production areas
- Creation and maintenance of work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and reports
Your profile:
- Completed degree (bachelor's, master's, or engineering) in biotechnology, process engineering, (bio)chemistry, (micro)biology, or a comparable field of study
- Professional experience in GMP-compliant manufacturing of sterile drug forms or biologics; alternatively, experience in the food or chemical industry
- Desirable: Experience with Siemens PCS7 and ability to read P&IDs
- Proven experience in problem solving in a production environment
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and, ideally, experience in organic production
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong awareness of quality and safety
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong hands-on mentality
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, travel, and work weekends in exceptional situations
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

- A minimum gross salary of €3,395.16 (full-time basis, collective agreement for the chemical industry)
Willingness to pay above the minimum depending on qualifications and experience - Limited until the end of 2027
