Our client is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical groups and one of the most important manufacturers of medicinal products. At the Krems an der Donau site, the company operates a central production site with a focus on animal health. Around 300 employees work at this site in the laboratory, production, administration and sales departments.

We are currently seeking a full-time (38 hours per week) Laboratory Technician – Pharmaceutical Quality Control (m/f/d) for our location in Krems, to start immediately.

Your tasks:

  • Member of the laboratory team working on transfer projects
  • On-site work on the shop floor
  • Conducting GMP-compliant and timely biochemical analyses, such as ELISA, gel electrophoresis, serotyping, dot blot, etc.
  • Documentation of all activities relevant to the analysis
  • Review of analytical data, as well as conducting tests and collaborating on the preparation and qualification of reference materials
  • Support for the validation and optimization of analytical methods
  • Documentation and investigation of deviations and verification of results
  • Working with Electronic Systems: LIMS and SAP
  • Ongoing analysis of laboratory processes to improve efficiency

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in the natural sciences (technical college, university of applied sciences, or university)
  • Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Experience with application software such as SAP or LIMS
  • Practical experience with ELISA methods
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • A strong commitment to quality and safety, as well as an understanding of continuous improvement processes
  • A high degree of personal initiative and a willingness to take on responsibility
  • A structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work
  • Ability to work well with others and strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a flexible, resilient personality
  • Solution-oriented thinking and a professional demeanor

We offer:

  • A minimum gross salary of €3,395.16 (full-time basis, Chemical Industry Collective Agreement)
    Willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience
  • Fixed-term project position until the end of 2026; a possible extension has not yet been determined
